A Letter from our President

Talia Guerrero
"Greek life has been one of the most meaningful and transformative experiences of my college journey. Gamma Phi Beta has helped me grow not only as a student but as a leader, a friend, and an individual with a stronger sense of purpose.
Gamma Phi Beta’s core values, Love, Labor, Learning, and Loyalty, have shaped the way I approach both my personal and professional life. Love has taught me the importance of genuine connection and compassion, allowing me to build relationships that are rooted in trust and support. Labor has shown me the value of hard work and dedication, whether it’s planning events, serving the community, or striving for academic success. Learning has pushed me to continuously grow, step outside of my comfort zone, and embrace new opportunities for development. Loyalty has grounded me in the importance of commitment to my sisters, my values, and myself.
Serving as President of Gamma Phi Beta has been one of the greatest honors of my life. It is a role that has challenged me, shaped me, and humbled me in ways I never expected. Every decision I make and every goal I set, is rooted in my love for this chapter and the women in it. What makes this experience so meaningful is knowing that I am never doing it alone. My sisters are my constant source of strength, encouragement, and inspiration. They believe in me on the days I may doubt myself, and they stand beside me through every success and every challenge. This role has shown me the true meaning of sisterhood: a support system that lifts you up, holds you accountable, and reminds you of who you are. I am endlessly grateful for the trust they have placed in me and for the opportunity to lead such an incredible group of women.
To any potential new members considering going through recruitment: take the chance. Be open, be yourself, and trust the process. Greek life, and especially Gamma Phi Beta, offers so much more than just friendships—it provides growth, opportunity, and a lifelong support system. You may walk in unsure, but you could walk away finding a home that helps shape who you become.
Being a part of Gamma Phi Beta has impacted me for the better in every aspect of my life, and I am incredibly grateful for the experiences, lessons, and sisterhood that continue to shape me each day."
